Sharon Topazio is the Communities First Co-ordinator/manager of the communities first team.
Sharon oversees the running of the programme and works closely with the Gibbonsdown and Court Communities First Partnership Board.

She also liaises with other agencies such as the Council and voluntary organisations with the aim to voice residents concerns over services that they may be struggling to receive.

She aims to build good relationships with as many key agency representatives as possible to enable residents to receive as much support as possible.


Michelle Sullivan is in place to work closely with residents and groups to identify what the key issues are in the community and help support them with any ideas for development and change.

Michelle can help with identifying potential funding opportunities for any activities/projects that residents feel should be undertaken in the area.



Kellie Chard is in place to provide administrative support to the Communities First Staff and Partnership Board.

Kellie is a key member of the Communities First team and will often be the first point of contact in the office.
